Process serving

Serving documents on another person for a Court Proceeding, Legal Action, or other reason; involves travel and in cases where the person is difficult to locate, research. An Affidavit of Service to show the Courts or other parties that the person has been served will be provided.

IN THE CASE SOMEONE IS EVADING SERVICE, (and I am unable to find them, despite performing research and 3 or more attempts to serve them,) I will provide an Affidavit of Attempted Service to aid in your Court, or other, proceeding.

skip tracing (locating people)

Using specialized databases, social media, and other sources to locate a person or persons. May result in service and/or a report on findings.

Notary Public Services

Witnessing people, and often other witnesses, sign legal and other documents. Swearing to a person’s identity based on review of provincial and federal identification documents.

property title searches

Using the Property Online Database to review a property’s title and, if requested, back title. Can be done in preparation for migration, court proceedings, or if you just want to understand your property lines and rights better.
